AS400/iSeries Developer

Contract to Hire

Onsite- Franklin, TN

Must haves:

• Min 5 years relevant experience with increasing depth and breadth of responsibilities/assignments (cannot be all ERP and/or EDI)
• Associates degree, bachelorâ??s preferred unless there is significant (>10 years) or relevant experience with increasing depth and breadth of responsibilities/assignments
• Full spectrum iSeries RPG programming, including file structures and DB2/400 UDB.
• Fast learner who can hit the ground running
• Can handle ambiguity and knows how to solidify the ambiguous
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Process orientation with experience with full SDLC methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive, can-do attitude with focus on both quality and efficient delivery

Pluses:

• Experience with Jira and agile development methodologies
• Experience with Aldon
• Experience with Insurance Industry
• Experience with relational database design and embedded SQL
