Act as support to the Financial Business Partner for Business Units and carries out:
- Performance Management, Financial Planning (Annual Budget, Monthly Estimates, Long Term Business Planning)
- Create a structure of financial transparency to the Business by creating visibility to YTD financial performance
- Execute tactical implementation of Finance Business Plan and Finance collaboration structure
- Engage with Business Unit budget owners to influence and to facilitate budget management
- Embed Financial Stewardship into organization
- Provide ad hoc financial support, training, etc.Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years Financial Planning and Analysis or transferable finance/accounting experience; MBA or Finance Masters degree preferred
- Working knowledge of financial planning and performance management principles
- Experience with an enterprise wide accounting software system, preferably SAP
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SAP and Business Objects a plus
- Willingness to travel (average 5 days per year)
- Global mobility for future roles a plus
- Currently we have two openings (one position will support US Marketing and the other US Sales)
