The Associate EDI Analyst will work in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume EDI environment that supports the client consumer business across multiple distribution channels.
This position will be responsible for supporting implemented Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) exchanges and solutions. The EDI Analyst will log and track transactional and system issues for historical research and identify recurring issues for training opportunities and system enhancements .
The EDI Analyst will have the ability to think critically and analytically, work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet departmental commitments.

Responsibilities:

Perform production support by monitoring day to day EDI operations and troubleshoot issues
Communicate effectively between New Balance Trading Partners and internal business stakeholders Identify and resolve EDI issues at root cause level
Coordinate and perform trading partner testing Assist in the documentation of all new deliverables that require ongoing support Provide back up support for MFT systems and communications
Deliver updates to EDI and core management teams on the EDI Analyst projects
Provide off-hour support for production issues, system maintenance and on-call rotation Minimal travel may be required BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
2 years EDI experience IBM Sterling B2BI experience, a plus Experience with Value Added Networks or Customer EDI portals is a plus Experience with UPC Catalogs is a plus Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail Effectively communicate, in both written and oral form, with all levels of management
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines Apparel/Footwear industry, or equivalent a plus Sell-side import logistics and supply chain experience a plus Familiarity with Retail and OMNI channel a plus
