Location: San Diego, CAResponsibilities:
- Build best-in-class consumer medical applications that are reliable and a pleasure to useCollaborate with stakeholders on mobile application designAssist in the establishment and adherence to Android mobile app development best practicesContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximizeApps on the Google Play
- Deep understanding of Java and the internals of Android frameworksExtensive knowledge of Android common software design patterns, including the ones needed to develop connected applications with high-performing UIExperience using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript in mobile applications a bonus.
- Experience working within an Agile software development process, particularly ScrumRequirementsProficient Activities and FragmentsProficient with networking classes and connecting to REST servicesExcellent understanding of Android architecture patternsUp to date with latest Google tools and featuresExperience with third party framework integrationAbility to work in a team or individually
