Responsibilities
- Participate in ERP implementation consulting and support services to with heavy emphasis on the cross functional FI, PTP, OTC, PTM and BI application components.
- Support and maintain the clients ERP design and configuration by logging defects, learning to solve end user problems, answering module-related questions, and documenting, testing, and validating functionality.
- Work with partners to accomplish engagement results Perform pre-sales product demonstrations which includes collecting requirements, configuring and staging relevant client data in sandboxes
- Learn Salesforce and/or Net Suite configuration and administration Help organize and lead workshops to gather and validate clients requirements Learn to configure and document ERP designs
- Build and execute unit testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results)Follow an agile implementation approach to facilitate rapid ERP deployments
- Participate in demonstrations to clients throughout the projects to validate design Communicate with team members and clients to coordinate information exchange for support of systems changes
- Develop and administer user support documentation and provide training and coaching to clients
- Learn and perform all aspects of data migration to ensure clients have a smooth transition to their new ERP environment Learn to develop reports in support of the business needs
- Conduct job duties and responsibilities according to the clients business systems development methodology and/or its Systems
- Development Life Cycle Act as evangelist for ERP practice benefits across the organization
- B.S. degree in Business Administration and/or Computer SciencesI deal candidate will have a combination between major and minor of Business Administration and Computer Sciences.
- Experience and desire to work in team environments Basic technical skills / knowledge gained from college courses and / or work related experience Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with business users to understand and document detailed requirements (this can be part of a school project)Have an understanding of business process and best practices
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills Ability and willingness to learn business system configuration and development
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment SAP or NetSuite ERP experience is a plus Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce platform development is a major plus
- Exposure to agile project methodologies is a plus
- Exposure to business process flowcharting techniques is a plus
