Job Description:
Provide system support and resolve help desk requests
Support a team environment and work with the team to ensure quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain extensible cross-browser/cross-device web applications.
Integrate various software solutions.
Train users on system functionality.
Seek information regarding and adapt to the use of emerging technologies.
Provide primary and/or secondary support following the established on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or the equivalent business experience required.
- Minimum of one year of professional IT experience or significant experience using structured programming languages required.
- Understanding of .NET Framework 4 or greater (C#, ASP.NET), JavaScript and CSS3 a plus.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server for source control and build management a plus.
- Client-side scripting experience with AJAX frameworks, jQuery, and HTML5 a plus.
- Knowledge of basic web application terminology and concepts related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills required.
- Ability to demonstrate deductive logic, complex problem solving, and excellent trouble shooting skills.
- General knowledge of standard MS-Office software.
