Responsibilities:
- Become an expert of clients product offerings and the implementation process Install, configure, and implement client products in complex enterprise infrastructures to fulfill customers requirements
- Provide validation and readiness of client products against technical and business requirements
- Compile technical documentation of projects and implementations as well as service deliverables Implement proposed technical strategies and solutions to satisfy customers business needs Act as an internal servicing team for various technical projects
- Further internal-QA and Scenario testing with virtualized infrastructures and technologies
- Deliver training sessions to customers through web-based conferences or onsite at customers location Effectively and accurately set client expectations and deliverables Play an ad-hoc technical resource to provide technical support, product demonstration, and/or solution consultation
- Secret Clearance Required BA/BS Degree (Computer Science/Engineering majors preferred)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills Aptitude to provide a high level of customer service Capability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environmentKnowledge in the following area is a plus: Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2012 Windows Server 2008, 2012, IIS and SQL server and how these software components integrate with SharePoint ITPro related topics such as server administration for Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and SharePoint technologies Microsoft .net framework and solutions TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP technologies
