Lead Hybrid MobileDeveloper:

• Lead Mobile Developer is a leader and subject matter expert in all aspects ofnative and hybrid mobile development.
  
• This role is key to the success of customer and crew facing mobile strategy.
• In addition to leading andmentoring a team of 5 to 10 developers across multiple initiatives the LeadMobile
  
• Developer will interface with business and IT leaders providingengineering guidance as it relates to mobile development.
• As the solelead in this role, this developer will lead all mobile and wearable initiativesincluding both crew and customer watch, phone and tablet applications.
• Applicants must have 7 or more years working developing and leading rich UIeither with BOTH front end web and native development.

Musthaves

• A degree in computer science
• US Citizenship
• 7+ years of experience developing robust software solutions for presentationlayer applications, preferably mobile or rich robust UI
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• 3+ Years of experience with either, Java, Objective-C or C#
• Expert understanding of object oriented programming
• Expert understanding of mobile and or front end development
• Experience building rich UI
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Understanding of full tier development best practice
• Ability to solution, conceive and execute complex technology challenges
• Knowledge of enterprise IT considerations with regards to SDLC
• Must be an excellent communicator
• 1+ years experience delegating work to other developers
• 1+ years experience analyzing development work load and divvying up tasks
• 1+ years experience mentoring junior developers
• Experience coordinating and interfacing with project managers, businessanalysts and other IT roles
• Comfort acting as a subject matter expert in their field and communicating ,directing and communicating with non technology business partners
• Candidate must have successfully led and executed on at least 3 sizableinitiatives such as complete web or mobile applications
