Salesforce Manager lOC: Austin,tx Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in managing development teams in an agile environment 5+ years of work experience in Designing, Developing and Architecting Enterprise Software using Salesforce.com platform 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following skill sets: Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes Controllers and Triggers Visualforce Force.com IDE Force.com migration tool Web Services 10+ years overall experience in software development 3+ yearsâ?? experience integrating business processes across disparate systems using 3rd party tools Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Science with 7+ years of experience in Software Development using Object Oriented Programming using C++, C#, Java Experience in leading and working with co-located teams Preferred skills: Salesforce.com Developer certification is strongly preferred Familiarity with web application development technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5 and CSS is preferred Proficiency in developing in Force.com Visual Force pages, Managed Packages, and integration to other third party solutions Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps Knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred Experience with package/vendor selection as well as effective vendor collaboration a plus
