CRM experience administrating, leading, and operational support ideally with a leading CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, Dynamics, etc. . ) Experience implementing and maintaining CRM Knowledge of and experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting processes. Experience in developing test plans and data, testing, and verification of results. ? Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts.
