Role: Manager CRM and Business Analytics Location: Boston,MA QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment Self-confident and outgoing personality Strong ability to interface and cultivate good working relationships across departments. Strong problem-solving analysis skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Microsoft Office mastery including robust analytical software skills in Excel. EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelorâ??s degree in computer science or technical discipline preferred. 3 to 4 yearsâ?? CRM experience administrating, leading, and operational support ideally with a leading CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, Dynamics, etc. . ) Experience implementing and maintaining CRM Knowledge of and experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting processes. Experience in developing test plans and data, testing, and verification of results. ? Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts.
