Title: Sr. Engineering Manager Android Development Location: Dallas, TX Responsibilities: Lead a small but highly focused team of mobile software engineers Demonstrates effective leadership abilities overseeing a technical team including duties related to building team collaboration, workload assignments, performance management, and conflict resolution Design and develop mobile software features based on system design documents Integrate and test mobile software features with client's sub-systems Debug and test field issues with mobile software Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues and develop alternative solutions and workarounds Triage and resolve software issues Effectively liaise with other Engineering teams including Test, Host, OEM, and other clients teams Effectively manage multiple projects in a variety of disciplines Approaches software development using industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures Handles multiple tasks simultaneously with various team members and/or other groups both internally and externally Effectively engages in high level time management and prioritization of workload for self and team members Works independently to further develop leadership and technical skills as needed to support new products and applications and grow teams abilities and strengths Perform such other duties as may be assigned by management
