Applicants must have experience developing websites using Microsoft ASP.NET. 1. Be able to act as IT lead on projects a. Lead development team b. Communicate effectively with users/non-IT project team (both written and verbal) c. Be able to manage multiple task effectively 2. Be able to develop business solutions - create requirements from discovery with the users 3. Be comfortable working in changing environments and with different platforms (Retail, DC, Data Warehousing, Ecom, etc.) 4. Should be proficient in PL/SQL, or a structured SQL programming platform, and Unix/Linux shell scripting. Oracle experience is not as important as knowing how to developed stored database objects. MS SQL experience would work in place of Oracle experience. 5. Should be proficient in at least one (prefer two) of the following: a. Php b. Perl c. C#/dotNet technologies d. C/ Pro C e. Oracle Forms - Oracle Developer Suite 6. Would be added benefit is at least exposed to any of the following: a. Datastage b. Netezza c. Cognos d. Crystal Reports
