Develop detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/program development. Code, test, debug, and document more complex programs, and enhance existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user needs through review, analysis, and modifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Provide technical support production incidents and enhancements that are developed based on the functional and strategic requirements. Ability to collaborate with multiple levels of business and IT management. Ability to interpret business requirements and develop technical solutions to internal and external systems. Ability to work with and enhance complex, highly integrated enterprise applications. Desired Skills and Experience 4 year College degree or equivalent knowledge and experience 7+ years of Oracle Development experience in E-Business Suite Development experience in XML and Java desirable Expertise in the following functional areas: Procurement, Supply Chain, Financials, Manufacturing and Order Management. Demonstrated ability to influence decisions by identifying risks and opportunities Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Development experience in Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow and BI/XML Publisher. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Some travel required
