Experience/Certifications 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Finance (Accounts Payable) and Treasury (Core Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury and Risk Management, In-house banking) Full SDLC experience Candidate must either be a citizen, have a valid green card, or current H1B visa. client is not in the position to legally sponsor any candidate at this time. Technical Skills Experience integrating SAP with commonly used bolt-on/add-on technologies (OB10, B2B, Sungard, SWIFT, etc.) Hands-on experience handling onsite/offshore production support teams is desirable. Very Strong knowledge of processes across the entire Financial Managements flow and its relations to SAP functionality and modules is a must, including but not limited to: G/L, Accounts Payable, Materials Management/Invoice Verification, B2B, Project Systems, and Investment Management Knowledge of best practices in different industries (e.g. Software, Professional Services and Manufacturing) and the use of SAP as a best practice enabler is a plus Must have a proven track record in full lifecycle engagements, from business case preparation to requirements gathering, blueprint, building, testing and implementation of solutions based on business requirements and using industry recognized methodologies Integration knowledge of Finance with Sales and Logistic areas is desired Soft Skills Strong communication skills that enable the candidate to work independently with business and IT partners throughout the organization and during the engagement lifecycle are required Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast moving environment, demonstrated agility and ability to quickly adapt to change Must be able to relate to all levels of the user community and translate technical language into business language appropriately
