Position Description:

- Lead and oversee various JDE Financial applications used within the IT ERP Organization, day to day and periodic task specific to the GL, FA, Tax, Financial reporting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. This is a hands-on position working with project teams, users, and functional analysts towards identifying, documenting processes and requirements, and system setup to solve complex business problems.

- Maintain the integrity of the core global ERP applications

- Be the owner of business processes for your area of focus. Challenge any change request brought by business units that would cause too much customization.

- Evangelize our core model.

- Train SME�¢??s on how best to adopt the core model and its core business processes.

- Develop and upgrade the relevant documentation in order to explain the core business processes and help standardize across the globe.

- Contribute to the communication with Process Owners on relevant business subjects.

- Support regional and local project teams during deployment

- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the business processes within JDE and use latest JDE technologies.

- Validate solutions from acceptance tests

- Execute the relevant deliverables (documentation, processes, etc..) according to project plans, and meet milestones, managing risks accordingly.

- Ensure proper communication with peers, customers, and team members so that everyone is on the same page, and has relevant information to do their jobs.

- Support the first line of helpdesk when they cannot answer tickets.

- Troubleshoot day to day and periodic issues and resolve: Interpret user functional requirement and determine business requirement. Understand the business requirement and properly communicate/document cross-functional impact of request.

- Provide Training and documentation to assist the functional JDE users to clearly do their job

- Design and implement core solutions for the relevant projects

- Ensure core processes and solutions quality and integrity for the relevant projects

- Support deployment projects from requirements to launch

Position Requirements: A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- BS/BA in Information Systems, Finance, or Manufacturing/Operations or related area.

- Finance experience required (5 years minimum).

- 3-5 years of Financial business analyst experience

- 7 years as JDE Enterprise One (v.8.10 or greater, preferred 9.0) Application Specialist.

- Must have working knowledge of:

* Accounts Payable & Receivable modules

* Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Tables

* Fixed Assets modules and tables

* VAT module

* Project accounting modules

* All other JDE 9.x modules

- Solid understanding of JDE One World/Enterprise Navigation and menus

- Solid understanding of various Integrity reports used to troubleshoot AP&AR

- Solid understanding of the Financial, accounting, tax business processes.

� Proven track record in successfully providing Help Desk JDE support solutions for large manufacturing company.

- Business experience with MS Office applications (required; Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to maintain a business perspective in the establishment of project priorities.

- Ability to communicated (Oral/Written) effectively and coordinate action with all levels of the organization.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Business process engineering experience.

- Workflow, and process flow development experience.

- Individual should be business oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive and highly creative. Requires excellent PC skills (MS Office with MS Excel, PowerPoint) and overall syste
