Collaborate and partner with National Business line HR to implement key human resources initiatives, including: Talent management programs (Talent Review, Re-deployment, Performance Management / IPMP, /Calibration preparation) Compensation Planning programs Diversity and Inclusion programs Transition Integration Proactively anticipates opportunities or issues of the local market and develops innovative solutions to address the opportunities. Actively seeks and drives change to HR practices, processes and tools delivered from national platform. Coach and / or advise the market director on programs unique to the market (e.g. talent strategy, organizational design) while understanding the benefits of the broader platform. Can easily translate the vision and actionable steps from the national business lead to the market director and other key stakeholders for local market implementation. Utilizes all available data sources to make fact-based decisions to solve complex problems. Actively leverage the central HR platform in order to drive value and results for the local market. Recommend and identify critical roles within their market. Desired Skills and Experience Experience Requirements: Change catalyst, balancing urgency and client responsiveness with methodology and discipline Ability to see big picture through meta-awareness\" An effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record of successful execution of HR programs Strong financial and business acumen skills Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization, while gaining and maintaining credibility High energy influencer, capable of leadership and management within and outside of HR Data-driven, fact-based decision maker Current understanding/application of leading HR practices yet capable and willing to synthesize information and use terms consistent with existing business strategy Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while driving for results Strong collaboration skills and high integrity Self Starter; results oriented and motivated professional Bachelors degree with major concentration in either HR or business; advanced degree preferred; experience in professional services sector a strong positive Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-focused HR Generalist role including resourcing, employee relations, project management and integrated talent management experience HR certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred; experience in professional services and / or global experience a plus
