Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as visualdesign, communications or computer science/engineering.
7 years of UX Designer experience.
Strong experience with user-centered design, testing andmodeling.
Preferredqualifications:
Team lead / project lead experience.
Front-end web development knowledge.
Some degree of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML/XSLexperience is helpful.
Tools of the trade - Experience with popular prototypingtools e.g., Balsamiq and design tools e.g., Photoshop is needed.
