Responsible for providing level-2functional support for QAD 2015 EE and QAD 2012 SE systems by answering userquestions, investigating incidents, and providing support for scheduledprocesses. Primary responsibility for QAD Manufacturing, with secondary responsibilityfor QAD Financials. In addition to providing functional support, thisrole will assist with requirements and testing of system enhancements, aswell as the possibility participating in Projects as an SME.
