Required Experience/Skills/Abilities:
- Work experience as a User experience
- Experience on enterprise web-based solutions and customer-facing role
- Responsible for executing UX strategy on client projects as defined by Architect
- Evaluate client requirements, conduct user research, analyze, design and test effectiveness of interface from user perspective
- Design, develop and champion  - creative and compelling user interfaces for both web and application architectures that enhance solution adoption by making it simple to use
- Work closely with the solutions engineering teams to rapidly investigate and analyze requirements, analyze and diagram user profiles and workflows
- Develop a UI paradigm, and offer highly usable interface solutions
- Ability to identify alternative design strategies, assess design viability and rapidly transform business requirements into a user interface design
- Conduct expert reviews of web/software applications
- Perform user testing on prototypes and software builds.
- Design and model user interfaces prototypes.
- Support translation of interface design to interactive interfaces
