Job Responsibilities:

SAP Charm support, Solution Manager experience, Strong Coordination and communication skills, Experience supporting multiple SAP R/3 installations worldwide
Systems supported range from several hundred users to large scale R/3 with 11,000 active users in a single instance / client
The group supports multiple SAP R/3 installations worldwide. Support includes coordination of software installations, upgrades, support pack implementation, performance
tuning and troubleshooting. This position requires some after-hours planned maintenance (also on weekends) and on-call support.
This includes:
- Coordinate resolution of SAP system or application problems (involves coordination and guiding multiple technical teams to reach solution)
- Coordinate Service Pack Upgrades and Copybacks for SAP systems
- transport Admin
- monitoring of the systems and performance tuning
- problem analysis & solving,
- analysis of Early Watch Alerts
- performance of system copies, etc
