Job Description :
At least 3 full project life cycle implementations or upgrades and 4 years of SAP basis experience.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in SAP basis issues both on ABAP and java Netweaver platforms.
Experienced with the SAP upgrade and Enhancement package upgrade procedures on both technology stacks as well as regular SAPINST based installation process.
Working experience with ECC, SRM, CRM, EP, XI/PI, Solution Manager and preferably also GRC, DMS, GTS, ChaRM.
Show deep knowledge of standard SAP basis areas like TMS, roles/profiles and user management, homogeneous system copies, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, solution manager configuration, java system administration, etc
Must be proficient in unix (SLES) and Oracle (10g/11gR2) and ideally MaxDB as well as understand working in virtual server environments.
Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
Experience managing small to medium size projects
Ability to work flexible hours in support of global customers
In addition, the successful candidate COULD have (nice to haves):
Solution manager experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge, awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences and norms
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
