Hereâ??s what youâ??ll do: Provide SME with one or more of the following IDM and PIM applications: SSO: Sailpoint IDN, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, WS-Federation IdM: Sailpoint Identity IQ Integration and Engineering PAM: CA PAM (Xsuite) Integration and Engineering (or similar) Provide advanced level experience with all of the following products SSO such as Sailpoint IDN, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, WS-Federation LDAP such as ODSEE 11, ForgeRock OpenDJ, CA DS Scripting (shell, bash, perl, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, JSON) Provide Daily Operational Support for IdM operations in a 24x7 environment with on-call rotation. Applying user and system changes as needed Tracking and troubleshooting user issues or tasks Securing and maintaining data set integrity Maintaining DS, 2FA, and SSO environments Desirable Proficiencies Provide as-needed IdM design changes and enhancements for improvements in security, availability, and automation. Provide hands-on skills and experience in web and application servers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Jetty) Have advanced knowledge in IdM best practices and policies. (e.g. SANs, ISACA, ISC2) Create and support security policies, standards, and processes based on Neustar business goals. Be able to execute system hardening, configuring, and installing access controls as well as monitoring, HIPS, forensic techniques etc. Research new technologies and IdM methodologies Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Provide support for IdM incidents or audits such as Sox, SSAE16,ISO, PCI, FedRamp. Prepare trade-off studies and evaluations for vendor solutions. Effectively collaborate and communicate with other teams to provide appropriate design and implementation of security and access methods. Hereâ??s what youâ??ll need to bring with you: 8-10+ years-experience in Identity and Access Management function College degree in related field or equivalent experience Strong self-starter with ability to operate independently Demonstration of a highly committed work ethic and a passion for the digital space Excellent oral/written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with leadership; proficiency in ability to prepare presentations, analysis reports, and program status reports Must have strong business acumen and ability to work with applications/product and IT teams CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, vendor certifications and/or other related certifications, a plus
