Title- Oracle BPM Analyst/Developer
Location- Greensboro, NC
Job Summary:
- The BPM Analyst is responsible for detailed technical design, development, and implementation of new applications in an Oracle BPM environment.
- He/she performs as technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components.
- Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, mentors junior developers, supports testing, and has oversight during implementation into production.
- Support enterprise wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes, and policies.
Job Responsibilities:- Interfaces with the business unit, application architects and business analysts to understand and clarify business and system requirements
- Designs and codes programs; Creates and runs unit tests to find errors and revise programs
- Coordinates with the application development team to support system and integration tests and resolve defects timely
- Plans and leads the deployment of the application programs in production environment
- Writes documentation that describes installation and operating procedures
- Establishes and enforces the design patterns, coding standards, architecture principles, best practices and other standard procedures and techniques
- If applicable, interfaces with system designers to design, code, test and implement application programs.
- Assists in developing application specifications.
- Participates in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learningLeads junior developers in projects and enhancements
Eligibility Requirements:- Experience in application development using Oracle BPMS /Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Experience in application development using Java & J2EE
- Experience with large scale software implementation(s)Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills & experienceStrong competencies (highly motivated, team player, results oriented, oral and written communication skills)
- Ability to learn new subject matter quickly
- Ability to interact with management and technical people at a variety of levels
- Experience in an Agile environment
- B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical area which provides analysis and programming experience
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams w/ facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skillsOperational analysis experience
