- Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product life cycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
- These systems include current MP1, MP2, Welcome Point, Owner care , and CIMA platforms.
- Collaborate with the Service developers to efficiently integrate new features into the environment.
- Provide additional coverage and cross-training with other business units and with the Solera DBA team 8+ years of experience with SQL Server Proficiency in disaster-recovery implementation and maintenance, including recovery models, backup and restore methodology, SLA adherence.
- Proficiency with Fail over Clusters (FCI) and Availability Groups Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledgeable and experience with SQL Server version upgrades, particularly from 2012 to 2016 Knowledgeable and experience with new features with SQL Server 2016 and its Enterprise edition features Excellent written and verbal skills Able to work well in a team environment Other software including Linux MS SQL Server 2012 - 2016 My SQL Redi's Elastic Search Windows Active Directory
