Position Requirements:
- Dallas, TX / 75% home office opportunity 2+ years leading small software development teams 7+ years developing customer facing software solutions as a full stack.
- .NET software engineer, primarily web applications Built demonstrated Azure Solutions Driven entrepenureul spirit with willingness to take ownership and drive the delivery of significant projects Strong understanding of software design patterns.
- Excellent planner and communicator, with top notch troubleshooting skills Impeccable interpersonal skills, with demonstrated history performing as a technical and professional mentor Ability to quickly grasp complex business needs and translate each into software requirements.
- Previous experience working within an Agile framework A problem solver, able to analyze issues, create candidate solutions, and execute best possible plan with little or incomplete information.
- Desires continued professional growth as a leader/mentor/manager Very familiar with reading and analyzing design/architecture artifact.
- Experience with development in cloud environments like Azure/AWS is strongly preferred Experience building and supporting big data solutions.
- Experience developing marketing software solutions or prior experience in marketing vertical Familiarity with TFS for source control and project tracking.
