Maintain the Application Configuration documentation and the Production/Gold Configuration application environment
Gain knowledge of the design and development of all RMB interfaces between applications across all BUs
Work with Oracle support to resolve open Service Requests, and coordinate with IT Operations to drive to resolution.
Work with team to proactively identify work, communicate and resolve issues and risks that interfere with ongoing project execution or success.
Assist operations and development teams with documenting specifications for enhanced application functionality.
Assist operations with production issues through resolution
Create the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) requests for Oracle RMB product enhancement requests
