Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in health care or information systems required3+ years of programming experience SAS, SQL, and/or Oracle knowledge required
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare environment preferred
- Experience programming in a healthcare environment is the key consideration for this position In depth technical/business knowledge to be able to respond effectively to customer needs
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in data management languages, preferably - SAS and/or SQLMicrosoft Excel and Access proficiency needed as working files for the financial analysts
- Ability to analyze health insurance claims dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills and listening skills
- Ability to explain complex statistical methods or information process in laymans term
