Required:
- Bachelor Degree and/or significant equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (i.e, Employment, Compensation, Labor Relations, HRIS, etc.) and with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system such as Workday, People Soft, or Oracle.Experience related to implementation of HR applications.Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Experience in Workday, HRLogix, Learning Management Systems and Absence Management, Payroll Management and Benefits Management.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.Previous experience working in recruiting environment.Previous experience in a similar resort setting.
