Technical Competencies:
- Possesses skills and knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) methodologies and patterns.
- Proficient in integrating middleware architectures and capabilities with legacy application systems and data services.
- Requires solid experience developing solutions in MS SharePoint 2010/2013, including custom development utilizing C#, and JQuery as well as ASP.Net web applications.
- Solid experience in full Software Development life cycle, including creating technical requirements and specifications documentation.
- Knowledge and understanding of SOA architecture principles, application systems design standards and patterns, application system integration standards and patterns, and knowledge of all components and domains of the enterprise service oriented architecture and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand the long-term (\"big picture\") and short term perspectives of solution advances.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements for enterprise architecture; analyze, compare, and recommend multiple solutions to business problems; and estimate financial impact of the solution architecture alternatives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
