Position: Sharepoint Developer/ Architect
Location: Federal Way, WA
Duration: 6+ months
Required Skills and Experience:
Advanced proficiency in SharePoint business analysis and subject matter expert (SME) competency and proficiency in business solution technical development and delivery ·
SME competency and proficiency in SharePoint architecture and technology (2007-2013, all versions), including, e.g., sites, templates, content types, metadata & managed metadata at site and enterprise levels · Detailed knowledge and Intermediate competency in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XSLT, SP Designer, etc. (sufficient for code review, analysis, and some debug/fix tasks)·
Advanced proficiency in implementing and integrating top-tier 3rd-party SharePoint add-ons to provide solution enhancements or extensions that meet business requirements as needed
Deep understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, content types and their respective applicability to sites, site collections and SharePoint solutions ·
SME verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas to facilitate and lead business and technical collaboration on SharePoint solutions ·
Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in scrum/agile, PMBOK, and/or other project management concepts, methods, practices, principles, disciplines, etc. in general ·
Advanced competency and proficiency in scrum/agile, PMBOK, and/or other project management concepts, methods, practices, principles, disciplines, etc. for SharePoint solution delivery in particular ·
Skills, discipline, and commitment to high-performance work ethic, value-add quality deliverables and customer satisfaction, and triple-constraint objectives on SharePoint solution projects
