Finance – Someone with experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Forecast Purchasing/Supply Chain - Forecasting, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. They do not really need someone with strong Manufacturing.
Distribution – Looking for someone who has experience in Sales Order Management and Pricing. Advanced Pricing in particular. They do not have any in-house resources with strong knowledge of Advanced Pricing.
With all of these positions, the candidates must have:
Several months of experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1 (preferably an upgrade to 9.1).
The candidates must be SME’s on the functionality/capability of 9.1. In-house resources have no experience with 9.1. The consultants should be able to advise the business users on how process improvements can enhance the business. They should also be able put training materials together and train the users. The tool Brightstar uses is UPK; it is not a must have but a big plus.
Candidates must be more functional than technical. They have a team of 5 developers in place and do not really need someone from that background. The have been seeing resumes with more technical experience than functional and they have passed on these candidates.
