User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Designer
Loc: Hudson, OH
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms to show screen flow, navigation and interaction for optimal user experience.
- Create user journey from start to finish that result in an online lead.
- Collaborate with digital team on strategy while working closely with visual design and dev teams on implementation.
- Determine post launch success with analytics team and use data to suggest improvements.
- Lead A/B testing for ongoing user activity.
- Follow industry best practices, gathering sufficient information to support recommendations.
- Provide quality assurance on all deliverables. Conduct usability test on select projects for optimal success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience field.
- Degree with an emphasis on Experience Design, Interactive Design, or related Human-Computer Interaction.
- Proficiency with experience design wire framing software such as axure, visio and/or balsamiq.
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress.
- Understanding of browser display differences on different platforms.
