Job Description:
- This position provides support for the UX research conducted by the lenovo.com Global User Experience (UX) & Merchandising team.
- The User Experience Research Intern will support the execution of UX research to understand and improve the online customer experience for lenovo.com globally.
- This position will be managed by the Senior UX Research Manager and work closely with UX project managers, designers, developers, web analysts and business stakeholders.
- This position will assist with all aspects of UX research including test design, test implementation, data analysis, reporting and presentation of results.
- Perform competitive analysis Participate in all phases of UX research (design, implementation, reporting)
- Collaborate with and be responsive to business stakeholders
- Create smart and efficient usability studies that accurately address UX issues
- Support efficient, timely execution of research projects
- Execute research projects using a wide range of tools and methods
- Coordinate UX research for A/B testing projects
- Communicate UX test results and how to use them to improve UI
- Monitor online customer feedback and report on issues and trends
- Propose new UX research projectsTasks: Define customer profiles for tests
- Recruit participants
- Create screening questions, test questions, tasks and test materials
- Set up studies in usertesting.com, UserZoom, five secondtest, Loop11, Treejack and other usability testing platforms
- Review recordings and code observed behaviors
- Create reports of test results that describe the findings and recommended actions
- Communicate with stakeholders during all phases of testing
