  • Collaborate with CEO, Product Development and Sales Teams to ensure a consistent message and brand image.
  • Develop a marketing plan, oversee the execution and evaluate the results across B2B, B2C and retail sales channels.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance and publication of a marketing dashboard recapping promotions that summarizes key financial data of marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for the overall management, growth and direction of the marketing and E-commerce teams.
  • Develop marketing content and communication for wholesale (B2B), retail (B2C & Store) across various outlets to amplify our brand and engage consumers.
  • Partner with other departments (Product Development & Sales) to ensure department initiatives are aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and deliver revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives for the B2C E-commerce business and B2B web sales.
  • Track progress throughout year and correct as needed.Identify website functionality upgrades, evaluate costs and benefits, and ensure executed to plan.
  • Analyze data to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and boost results.
  • Work with CEO and Creative Services team to ensure a consistent look, voice and feel among all marketing materials to include sell sheets, catalog, marketing campaigns, trade show communication and all other Client communication both internal and external.
  • Create strategic partnerships with outside agencies to ensure Client is highly visible and properly positioned in the marketplace.
  • Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelors degree required preferable in Business, IT, Marketing or Communications.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience, with at least 3 years of E-Commerce and 5 years of management.
  • Knowledge of the retail and wholesale industry is requiredOnline marketing expert experience in building and implementing target strategies in SEM, SEO, Email, Affiliates and Social MediaP&L Management demonstrated track record growing volume, margins and profitability.
  • Passionate about building brand loyalty for a lifestyle brandStrong work ethic, organizational and time management skillsMust be able to prioritize work with competing deadlines and have the ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and willing to take on new tasks.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to develop/sustain productive work relationships with key employees across all areas and levels of the organization as well as external vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
