Requirements:
- 7+ years of consumer based experience, preferably retail, building and running a medium (8M+) to large scale Ecommerce business including P&L ownership.
- Past history of proven results in building a profitable Ecommerce business.
- Ecommerce business models and consumer products industry, web technologies, web programming languages, web page design/layout and website performance measurement.Demonstrated collaborative, values-based leadership style.
- Ability to work in a lean, flat organization; accustomed to negotiating hard and doing the most with limited resources.
