QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years experience in business application functional support related to JD Edwards World or Enterprise ONE functionality, configuration and system management. Distribution, Manufacturing, and Finance experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of normal business processes and transaction flows.
- Able to effectively communicate with business and technical users in verbal and written form Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Knowledge of relational database.
- Knowledge of Insight reporting is a plus.
- Able to create detailed written instructions as well as documentation.
- Experience in the industrial manufacturing industry or comparable industry is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
