Key Responsibilities:
- Create world-class mobile and desktop user experiences that attract target customers, compel them to return, and enable them to purchase a home with confidence and ease.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and others to deliver on quarterly business and customer goals through innovation in a cross-functional setting.
- Awesome portfolio! Track record of driving rapid growth in user engagement, repeat usage, and, user action.
- 5+ years of experience designing compelling user experiences for consumer or small business customers, ideally e-commerce.
- 3+ years of successful design experience on mobile devices and apps.
- Experience in user research and usability test
- BA degree in Art or Design from a leading institution preferred.
- Design agency experiences a plus!
- Background in User Centric interaction design is also a bonus point
