Role:Business Systems Manager, ERP Lcoation:Canton, MA Responsibilities: â?¢ Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT and management teams in delivering projects from ideation to implementation and support. (ERP Wholesale/Retail/B2C/B2B and WMS systems). â?¢ Lead the continuous improvement of the ERP application landscape and architecture. â?¢ Participate in cross functional teams with other technical and business professionals focused on building, maintaining and supporting SAP application interfaces and/or other third party systems. â?¢ Partner with the other functional architects, implementation partner resources and the business teams, to participate in blueprinting and configuration of solutions that best meets the companys objectives. â?¢ Review/analyze the business environment and identify productivity initiatives that bring value to the business and/or provide cost savings. â?¢ Work with the business teams on all areas of implementation, including process and procedure description, test case development, process testing, training, reporting and change management. â?¢ Translate the business requirements into IT requirements and manage the resulting demand according to the priorities defined by the business and IT strategies. â?¢ Define, plan, and direct the execution of a broad range of applications projects, while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities â?¢ Candidate must have strong foundation of business processes and related SAP modules along with integration areas of Logistics, Finance, Retail, B2B, B2C with extensive experience in multiple full cycle OTC implementations involving complex pricing, delivery & billing. â?¢ Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused and concise manner. â?¢ The ideal candidate will also have experience leading teams in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. â?¢ Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities. â?¢ Identify, assign, and track all tasks which are required for successful completion of the project. Technical / Professional Skills, Expertise and Qualifications Minimum Requirements: â?¢ Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, IT (Information Systems), or a related field. â?¢ Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, or leading a practice, business line or department. â?¢ At least 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP SD/MM configuration, setup and SAP Business Process. â?¢ Experience in an international market rollout is a plus. â?¢ Business/Systems Analyst/Project Experience with major ERP solutions for the AFS market is required. â?¢ Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology. â?¢ Advanced knowledge of Excel and excellent overall PC and Microsoft skills. â?¢ Knowledge of SAP landscapes, transport paths, migrations and update process. â?¢ Experience in SAP SD & MM Functional configuration, debugging, resolving and proposing new features or improvements to existing business processes.
