Role: Quality Assurance Supervisor - Compliance Location: Buena Park, CA Duties: â?¢Responsible for planning and coordinating Quality Assurance program plan. Review quality assurance analystâ??s work as an internal quality control function within the department â?¢Assist quality assurance analyst in the review of procedures covering Compliance Departmentâ??s AML/BSA, OFAC, Sanctions, Consumer Protection, and Regulatory Affairs programs â?¢Review and consolidate testing results into period based reports for Compliance Management â?¢Document business protocols, conduct review meetings, test supporting documentation, and report overall assessment of program effectiveness and efficiency â?¢Responsible for maintaining quality assurance remediation log and project management of remediation efforts â?¢Provide leadership and guidance to junior compliance staff in respect to departmental procedures and BSA/AML requirements Job Requirements â?¢BA or BS Degree (or High School Diploma with minimum five years of experience in operational quality assurance, operational auditing, or AML/BSA compliance); â?¢2 years in a supervisory role â?¢Strong understanding of testing and quality assurance standards, processes and techniques â?¢Exhibits strong written and oral communication skills â?¢Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priority and deadlines at the same time â?¢Experience in Project Management; â?¢Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Word, Outlook preferred
