Lead Systems Quality Assurance Analyst
Our Lead Systems Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing, establishing and enforcing quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology group within the organization. The incumbent works as a liaison between the business and the development teams, leading a team of QA Analysts and/or Senior QA Analysts in the execution of their duties and responsibilities on a large-scale project or across multiple smaller projects in parallel.

- Experience with automated testing tools
- Well versed in various SDLC methodologies and testing concepts, including but not limited to Agile, Test-Driven Development, Shift-Left testing, etc.
- Curiosity and drive for results with a can-do approach
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to translate between technologists and business users
- Bachelorâ??s Degree and/or 4+ years of related experience
