Position Responsibilities: Reporting to Director of SAP Applications for a subsidiary of a leading provider of consumer products with a portfolio of over 100 trusted, quality brands sold globally. With $8 billion in revenue and 25,000 employees operating in 19 countries, the company offers innovative, recreational and high-performance products designed to maximize consumers enjoyment of the outdoors. The SAP FICO Lead is responsible for all configuration and support of SAP financial system modules including COPA, globally, in support of financial, legal, and business requirements. Works with regional and global Finance Directors and Controllers to improve global synergies. Uses strong knowledge of New GL to help determine whether or not Pure Fishing should implement. Configures SAP ECC system in FICO areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger and Special Purpose Ledger, Cash & Treasury Management, Controlling, Invoice Verification, Purchase Order Variance, Financial Analysis & COPA. Participates in & facilitates client meetings, interviews and workshops to collect business requirements for SAP FICO functionality. Works as a bridge between the business & developers on delivery of BW & Qlikview reports. Manages one or more direct reports in FICO, including hiring, performance reviews, prioritizing projects & mentoring. Background Required: SAP ECC 6.0 FICO configuration (10 years) FICO Integration with SCM Procure to Pay, SD Order to Cash, & PP Plan to Deliver New GL PCA COPA Created, developed & deployed global SAP FICO systems Project management Supervision (1 direct report) Process Improvement Business processes Education: Bachelors degree Residence: Columbia, SC (relocation assistance) Background Preferred (but not required): Module configuration (i.e. GRC, SD, PP) SOX compliance Reporting (BW, Qlikview) Hyperion AP Automation (i.e. Readsoft, Perceptive) Sales & use tax (CHC, Vertex) IT functional lead Consumer goods manufacturing Managed global initiatives Certifications (i.e. CPA, PMP, APICS) Advanced Degree: Masters (Accounting)
