Title: Oracle HRIS Techno functional Location: Melbourne,FL Duration: 6 months Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. 7-10 years of professional experience in HR Systems administration. Ability to develop and run data queries and possesses a basic understanding of application programming. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Oracle HRMS is required. Experience working with Oracles Discoverer reporting Advanced Excel Skills Experience creating and administering system test plans Experience documenting business processes Excellent customer service and intrapersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take initiative and focus on results. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work under tight and variable deadlines, handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Provides critical Tier 2 HR systems support for the Oracle HRMS system. Leads systems testing for strategic HR projects Resolves complex Oracle HRMS errors and issues Develops and generates key monthly and quarterly companywide HR reports. Responsibilities: Develop and administer Oracle HRMS system test plans for strategic HR projects -Document and complete system testing for strategic HR projects and vendor interfaces -Create and maintain system based process documentation in partnership with functional HR business partners -Troubleshoot and remedy complex Oracle system errors -Review and troubleshoot vendor interface errors -Provide system based solutions to address complex business challenges. Interface with IT and the HR team to translate business requirements into system based solutions. -Provides backup support for the timely data entry of all employee transactions into Oracle HRMS, including but not limited to newly hired employees, employment terminations and employment changes such as department, manager, job, location, pay. -Create/modify HR structural data such as departments, job codes, etc. as required. -Maintain system accuracy and integrity of the Oracle database. -Create, run and maintain management level HR dashboards and reports -Assist with other duties as required
