Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Has expert level understanding of SunOpta business processes and their implementation in the Oracle ERP. Define requirements by analyzing current business processes andfacilitate “to be” process design. Translation of “to be” business requirements to application implementation Design & construct solutions by analyzing of business processes and requirements. Tests business process solutions by creating and executing testing scenarios. Implements business process solutions by creating, delivering and training users on new business processes and systems. Ensure business processes are stable after a new system implementation (or change) by understanding the impact of the changes on the process. Interface with other cross-functional Analysts, process owners, and line staff to ensure enhancements support and complement other business systems. Evaluate multiple solutions or projects and make recommendations Supply Oracle applications subject matter expertise Supplies knowledge and guidance regarding application functionality. Occasionally provides work direction to junior project members Desired Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management Information Systems. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of overall business experience (3+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience) Excellent working knowledge of Oracle ERP functions and capabilities Experience with business process analysis and redesign, and gap analysis skill and resolution of gaps. Experience with Oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM). Exposure to Oracle Business Flow Accelerators (BFA’s) a plus. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical users and provide extensive attention to detail in creation of technical documentation Good understanding of business interactions and how activities flow through processes. Good Leadership skills and will provide occasional work direction to junior project members
