Work closely with end user and business analysts to define and analyze business requirements and effectively integrate them into a BI solution.  Develop and provide complete technical solutions often from general information.  Combine strong technical knowledge and understanding of customer requirements to offer solutions to problems in a very practical, timely, and efficient manner.  Enforce BI data management methodology, standards and best practices in regards to business intelligence and educate both technology and business users throughout the company  Act as a subject matter expert for Client Data and systems environment by understanding Client data and how it is used by the business, the systems within the environment and their interrelationships and key stakeholders  Maintain and champion the use of appropriate standards, processes and tools to promote and facilitate mapping of data to BI sources and interfaces  Establish measurements and processes to chart and assess progress related to completeness and quality of BI information.  Translate business needs and requirements into reports, view, dimensions and other BI specific objects.  Install, configure, deploy, tune and troubleshoot BI tools and servers  Create and maintain the BI meta-data repository  Create and maintain BI Ownership documentation  Develop BI applications  Analyze, Design, Develop, and troubleshoot IBM Cognos Report Studio reports (using both relational and OLAP technology)  Participate in Data Governance Process to ensure standards are being followed  Completie additional responsibilities including BI Report Development, learning Data Modeling
