Title: Senior MIddleware Integration Developer

seeking a Senior MIddleware / Integration Developer to join their team in Castle Rock, CO.
Duties:
* Contribute to key phases of the development life-cycle
* Identify, analyze, and develop interfaces and flows
* Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements
* Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
* Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming
* Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
* Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes
* Provide cross-over training as required throughout the company
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience with the MULE ESB platform as a Developer
* 6+ years of software development experience; Software integrations and/or other ESB experience is a must
* Extensive Java development experience is a must
* SOA design principles and best practices
* Experience with SOAP and REST a must
* Have expertise in large distributed systems, legacy experience is considered an asset
* Experienced with Git and Subversion
* Background in agile and waterfall methodologies
* Excellent verbal, written, and inter-personal communication skills
* Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
