Responsibilities Include: Implement and support EnterpriseOne distribution modules including Sales Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management and their related tables, file layouts and data relationships Build relationships with business leaders and users to understand their processes and identify opportunities to improve them by leveraging EnterpriseOne functionality Collaboratively work with other IT business analysts on the integration of all EnterpriseOne modules to achieve business solutions Develop functional specifications for all reports, interfaces, conversions and modifications Create and maintain documentation outlining business processes, design/configuration rationale, testing specifications and end-user education Work with project manager to develop and maintain project plan, monitor progress, resolve issues and communicate updates and changes to project leaders, executives and other team members Provide support to ensure processes and systems are performing as designed and end-users are functioning effectively within EnterpriseOne Work closely with business leaders and users to identify and prioritize future enhancement requests Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 8 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 or more years of demonstrated functional experience on EnterpriseOne distribution modules (Sales Order Mgmt, Purchasing, Inventory) required 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience preferred Functional experience using SQL or comparable database query tool Knowledge of best practice methodologies for system implementations Knowledge of Oracle UPK and SharePoint preferred Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with all user levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
