Business Analyst
Location---Honolulu, HI

• Must have 5+ years of total Experince to work as a business Analyst
• Well versed with Business Analysis for (worked for both Agile and waterfall methodology projects).
• Strong knownedge of business analysis tools (UML, Microsoft Visio, Process flow and business process modelling)
• Experience is domain (Airline reservation, ticketing, E Commerce, Loyalty, Airlines websites).
• Expeience to work with multiple teams and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of web services integration (identifying data contracts , other communication contract with back end core operation systems)
• Experience with Team Foundation Server
•Ability to faciliate and lead requirement workshops
• Should have excellent communication skills and able to work closely with different stack holders (VP's, Business directors, product owners).
• Experience to work with SCRUM teams.
• Experience to work in multi vendor environments and multiple team (onshore/offshore models)

Roles and responsibility


• Responsible to work closely with Business Managers and Product owners.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet the timelines.
• Responsible for creating the requirement, prepare functional process flows, reviewing functional solution.
• Ability to provide expertise with Airline domain experience (working on e commerce and other airlines domain (like Reservations, ticketing, cargo, web platforms, loyalty etc.)
• Participate in organizing requirement workshops,designing process flows and AS-IS and To- Be analysis for the solution
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to come up with recommendations for the solution aspects and impacts of business process change.
