Work collaboratively withclient middle office organization to create data solutions using cutting edgetechnology to solve business problems.
Detailed Job Description:
Work as part of a team as anexperienced developer, using Agile approach, to quickly move from idea toimplementation and then to continue iterating.
Work will be focused on coredevelopment as requirements and testing will be executed by other teams.
Role/Responsibilities:
Perform technical codedevelopment in Hadoop, Hive, Python, Spark and Teradata, Unit testing wouldalso be expected.
Strong knowledge of big dataecosystems and technologies.
Desired Hadoop experience:
3+ Years
Primary / Must have 2-3 yearsof experience with all of the following skills:
Strong development experiencein Hive
Working experience with SparkSQL
Deep SQL knowledge
Strong coding experience inUnix Shell Scripting
Strong knowledge of Hadoopecosystem components
Required hands on codingexperience:
Hive: 3+ Years
Spark SQL: 1.5+ Years
SQL: 6+ Years
Unix Shell Scripting: 2+Years
Nice to Have Skills:
Teradata
Python
Ability to pick up newlanguages and technical skills on-the-job
Interpersonal Attributes:
Good written and verbalcommunication
Ability to work as part of ateam
Key Skills:
