Thekey role of the BA / Product owner is to develop products by identifyingpotential products; conducting market research; generating productrequirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, andtime-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketingstrategies.
Lay out a product vision
Coordinatewith product engineering team, architects, sales marketing team & thecustomer
Abilityto drive various teams – both internal and external – to deliver SaaS basedproducts
Abilitiesto analyze quantitatively, scope and effectively prioritize product backlog
Communicateregularly with key stakeholders through regular reporting, by email, phone andface-to-face meetings
