Sr. Business Analyst and/or SME ( ITIL/Agile/SQL)

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

1.Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

4.Performing requirements/gap analysis.

5.Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

6.Work closely with business to develop business and functional requirements.

7.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

8.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

9.Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

10.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

11.Performing user acceptance testing.

12.Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

13.Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.


Experience and Skills:

BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or commensurate experience in lieu of degree

8+ years of Experience serving as a Sr. Analyst and/or SME for a Technology team, must have strong analytical skills

Ability to interview business users to gather requirements is a must.

Experience working closely with team members to provide key insights into current and future data trends.

Demonstrated flexibility to take up multiple projects or types of work.

Agile & ITIL Experience (creating stories, good understanding of SCRUM practice and associated ceremonies) is a plus.

Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL server Databases is a plus.

Experience in Web technologies and web portals is a plus.

Work closely with the business to develop business and functional requirements.

Experienced in coordinating with cross functional teams to get the work done.

Good verbal and written communication is a must.
